Refund policy
RETURNS
At Liam Gray we hope that you love your purchase but if you don't, we will be happy to accept your return. To request a return, send an email to shopliamgray@gmail.com. A request must be sent to receive a return. Please include your order number reason for return. Once we receive your return request an email will be sent to you with the return address. Upon receipt of your items, they will be inspected and if eligible a refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The return package must be postmarked within SEVEN days of receiving order to receive refund. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. A delivery service with tracking is recommended for returns. Any questions regarding your return please contact us at shopliamgray@gmail.com. We do not accept returns on SALE ITEMS. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Our sizes and styles are limited and there is no guarantee your wanted item will be in stock.
Upon receipt, inspect all items for any damage and notify us within 24 hours if there is an issue.
